This Refund and Revision Policy applies to our online activities and is applicable to website customers in relation to the Products they receive from ChalkyPapers.com.
Free Revision Guarantee
If you believe that revisions to your order are necessary, you may request free amendments to the order. To do so, you should send us a written request via email or through the Customer Admin Panel within 14 days of receiving the completed order.
If more than 14 days have passed since the delivery, we assume that you are satisfied and no longer eligible for a free revision.
Note that we do not include the time required for our academic experts to make revisions in the original order deadline.
In case the revision instructions contradict or differ from the initial order instructions, or more than 14 days have passed since the completion date, we may charge you an additional fee. The fee will be determined individually, considering the extent of the revisions required.
If you choose to request a revision under our Free Revision Guarantee, the additional time academic experts will need to complete the revision and deliver the final Product will not be considered late under our Money Back Guarantee.
Money Back Guarantee
By using our service, you agree to provide us with clear instructions and ensure the accuracy of all details. If you wish to request a refund, please do so within 7 days of receiving the product.
You can submit your refund request in writing, either via email or through the Customer Admin Panel. After this 7-day period, we will be unable to consider your refund request.
In the event of a delayed delivery, the price will be adjusted based on the new deadline. The price difference between the original deadline and the final deadline will be refunded to you. Please note that we are not liable for any other circumstances and will not entertain refund claims beyond this.
We do not accept refund requests for discounts and seasonal offers.
