Foundations. The University of BuProMan needs substantial adjustments to its functions to improve its effectiveness. The FE7 framework will be employed in the University’s fundamentals to examine the reasons for the University’s drop from first to fourth place. Strategic goals include academic and research profile enhancement, collaboration, regional and worldwide academic outreach, and internal management development.
Enablement. Process managers’ schedules will include training and mentoring to enable proper process and, as a result, performance management. The University’s business procedures should be standardized and integrated.
Launch Pad. The Launch Pad phase begins with first interviews with important University of BuProMan stakeholders such as students, faculty, investors, collaborators, and leaders of business divisions and their staff. Because the University’s faculties have their processes and business administration system, it is critical to consult each faculty head to realize how the procedures are conducted. It is necessary to investigate how leaders engage with other faculties’ business processes to determine concerns that impact efficacy and performance.
Understand. This phase includes documenting current business processes and developing relevant metrics to generate an activity benchmark to facilitate future improvement strategies. Additionally, the understanding phase will be conducted by establishing a lasting and agreeable consensus among BuProMan University stakeholders to understand what is currently happening through an incorporated documentation approach that reflects the actual scenario
Innovate. A series of documentation will be developed and integrated to stimulate creativity and total devotion to properly navigate the complexities within this stage. The documents are intended to restructure process models, define high-level business requirements, and simulate activity-based financial information. Because BuProMan University has several departments, the training will be held across departmental lines to ensure optimal integration. Furthermore, the new workshops will be planned so that the current BuProMan University organizational framework does not constrain them. The approach will be flexible, broad, and engaging to ensure stakeholder support.
People. People and innovative stages are imbuing the fundamental processes to begin the following phases development, implementation, value realization, and sustainable performance. The people themselves, for instance, professors, students, and management and administration are the stakeholders. After the understanding and innovative stages, which define the existing working situations and the estimated settings for the future, it is critical to organize the people’s tasks and roles. This stage will involve the University’s personnel and encompass learning and advancement. Under the direction of John Steward and recently appointed staff, the University of BuProMan’s new strategic aims and goals may be realized.
Develop. The development of the new system needs sufficient flexibility to accommodate any near-term strategic change. The team will offer an agile development approach since it gives priorities and changes them in conjunction with the business process activity, releasing the narrow scope and guiding the individuals to focus.
Implement. It is advised to involve students and suppliers, assign the testing phases their time and duration with solid management, utilize the feedback system, recognize wins, and reward the team for reducing risks and implementing modifications. This phase will guarantee that the old procedures are no longer in use and that the new processes are applied consistently.
Realize value. The University of BuProMan needs continuous communication channels and processes throughout business process management activities for all stakeholders to realize the benefits of the phases.
Sustainable performance. Student enrollment can be delivered through enhanced and regulated enrollment processes. The feedback loops will enable incorporating and promoting sustainability. The new student enrollment procedure should be swift and convenient enough for parents and students to avoid frequent visits to the registration office.
