Regardless of the seeming difference, being a student and being an employee are two similar states because of the responsibilities, duties, and tasks a person has to accomplish to attain success and create the basis for further professional and personal growth.

Both students and workers have to attend some specific places every day. An employee is obliged to visit an office to acquire new tasks or work on some projects. At the same time, a student has to go to the educational establishment to get new knowledge and prepare for the future life and career.
Moreover, comparing being a student and being an employee, it should be stated that the existence of a specific responsibility characterizes both these states. These groups’ decision-making is limited by the codes or schedules peculiar to their universities or companies (Prossack, 2018). For this reason, all their important decisions should be accepted regarding the given limits.
At the same time, both students and employees have to work hard to create the basis for their future success and achievement. Learning, individuals acquire knowledge and skills that will help them to build a career, get a well-paid job, and create a family. On the other side, working, people generate experience critical for their achievements, satisfy their needs, and move towards a higher level of excellence, which is critically important for their self-esteem.
Conclusion
In such a way, it should be concluded that having a job and attending school is similar. People learn and work to create the basis for their future life and enjoy the benefits of their efforts in the future. That is why there are many similarities between these two states.
