The readings also explain how organisational leaders can develop new teams in order to achieve their goals. The readings also highlight the benefits of middle and distributed leadership approaches in a school.
The teachings also highlight the relevance of team leadership. The class materials explain why every person should take team leadership seriously. Middle leadership is a useful practice because “it supports the expectations of every parent, teacher, and student” (Gunter & Fitzgerald, 2007, p. 6).
The readings also explain why every learning institution should focus on the best leadership practices. According to Gunter and Fitzgerald (2007), middle leadership is a critical practice towards the success of every educational institution. The duty of a middle leader is to encourage his or her learners to work hard (Gunter & Fitzgerald, 2007). The learners should also encourage one another. The class materials also highlight the issues associated with distributed leadership. The best leadership process should address the issues affecting the learners.
Relate
Most of the ideas gained from these readings are meaningful to me. Teamwork is a mandatory practice for a person who wants to achieve his or her educational goals. A middle leader should use these ideas in order to achieve his or her goals (Cranston & Ehrich, 2009). These ideas will make me a prosperous leader in the future. The first practice is being part of a cohesive team. I will also use these ideas to formulate the best leadership strategy (Mayrowetz, 2008). This practice will ensure my school achieves its academic goals. Distributed leadership focuses on the targeted business goals.
I can relate these readings to several things. The first one is critical thinking. Middle leadership encourages every student to work hard. Every person should embrace the best leadership practices. A critical thinker is always ready to tackle every challenge (Cranston & Ehrich, 2009). The individual should make the best decisions in order to achieve his or her goals. The second thing is the ability to achieve every professional or learning goal. Middle leadership supports the needs of every learner or teacher (Mayrowetz, 2008). Every leader should embrace teamwork in order to achieve every targeted goal.
Reason
Middle leadership is the act of guiding every pupil and teacher. The leader should also support the needs of every parent. Team leadership theory encourages every learner to be part of a group. The theories studied in class also support my personal philosophy. I now understand how to use these competencies as a team leader (Day, Gronn, & Salas, 2004). I will use these skills to develop cohesive teams. I will also team leadership approach in order to achieve my goals. These things are meaningful to me as a future educational leader. The theory will also make me a powerful mentor.

My future goal is become a courageous institutional leader. My dream is to mentor and guide my students. My leadership strategy will help my students achieve their dreams. The learning experience has equipped me with new skills as an educational leader. Every educational leader should possess and apply the best concepts. A good leader should also be ready to form teams.
My goal is to create new teams in my learning organisation. My team leadership approach will encourage more students to achieve their learning objectives. A good team leader identifies the issues affecting his or her students. I have also gained new problem solving skills. I will use these ideas to mentor, motivate, and encourage my students in the future (Sheard & Kakabadse, 2004).
This practice has also widened my leadership skills. These skills will make me a competent team leader. I will also use such ideas to make applicable decisions as a leader. I also plan to widen my leadership strategies by reading more articles and books. I will attend different seminars in order to increase my skills. It will always be my duty to be part of every institutional team. This practice will make me a good educational leader in my school. The other good practice is to “establish the best relationships at the learning institution” (Mayrowetz, 2008, p. 429). The approach will encourage me to become competent.
Learning is a continuous practice. I will always use my strengths and work harder in order to achieve every objective. The above discussion also explains why every person should work hard to become a team leader. I have also gained new ideas from the class materials. Moreover, I will work hard to develop my critical thinking skills. I will use middle leadership to mentor my employees and students. It would be appropriate to revisit some of these class discussions in order to design my personal leadership model (Fitzgerald, 2009). I will always address the problems affecting my students and teachers. My communication and decision-making abilities will make me a prosperous leader.
