Writing: What Good Management Depends on

My revision process includes careful reading of the text and making notes. It always starts with a critique and then moves on to correcting specific mistakes. I try to evaluate the work, put question marks in front of sentences that seem incomprehensible, and underline words that should be replaced. The major challenge is excessive emotionality; sometimes, it seems that all the original ideas are not exciting or do not make sense. It is tricky to turn monotonous phrases into memorable ones, and it appears that I will not be able to fulfill what I desire. However, a tactic to take a break and get distracted by other things is valuable (Lamott, 1994). It helps to relax and find a second inspiration to improve the ideas.

What does it take to become an effective business administrator? Business administrators must possess practical management skills to efficiently and effectively achieve organizational goals in the modern rapidly-changing environment. This means that the more an individual is well-versed in management professes, the more effective they can be at business administration. At the same time, business management is somewhat concerned with the human aspects of running an organization, while the focus of the administration is only on the everyday running of a company and long-term strategic goals (Pacific Oaks College, 2021). By concentrating on management, business administrators can reap the benefits consistently.

What does it take to manage a business and increase profits effectively? It is a controversial question, as business operations are affected by persistent negative trends associated with the crisis and stagnation in the economy. However, there is always a way out despite the complications in a rapidly changing competitive world. Human aspects are one of the primary elements of any business, as it is the day-to-day management and profitability of the company that depends on them (Pacific Oaks College, 2021). Therefore, practical management skills, particularly communication, awareness, and adaptability, are the keys to achieving organizational goals and improving performance successfully. It is necessary to focus on this variable, and the developments and earnings will not take long to come.

The strategy for revising was to imagine myself in the place of a potential reader, extract the text’s central idea, and modify it to make sentences more attractive. To accomplish this, I improved the first one in a more engaging way that will motivate you to read the entire text. Moreover, I altered the sentences’ order and shifted the focus to the qualities necessary for the organization’s success. This way, it becomes clear what good management depends on and how it can be achieved. Furthermore, one of the strategies was to offer concrete actions, so I wrote the last sentence in a more appropriate tone.
