The article’s abstract and introduction
In the selected study, the abstract and the introduction are very detailed and contain comprehensive information regarding the critical components of research. Thus, the abstract is quite precise and starts directly with the specification of the number of participants involved in examining employee learning, job satisfaction, and organizational performance (Akdere & Egan, 2020). It explicitly presents the interrelation between the mentioned concepts, sufficiently justifies their choice for the study, and provides the standpoints of both employers and employees while concluding on the hypothesis’ confirmation (Akdere & Egan, 2020). In turn, the introduction narrates the challenges of businesses connected to external circumstances, emphasizes the significance of organizational systems as per the value chain concept, and explains conceptual linkages (Akdere & Egan, 2020). Thus, the data in these two parts are extensive and allow analyzing them by applying theoretical approaches.

Component 1: Start with the issue or problem
The component is present since the abstract begins with the claim of insufficient examination of value chains and suggests that this gap will be addressed in the article.
Component 2: Indicate the purpose of the study
The component is present even though the authors do not directly state the aim of the research. Instead, they refer to performing the task of exploring the intersection between the concepts, which can be clarified.
Component 3: State what data will be collected to address this purpose
The component is not present as the abstract only contains the information regarding the use of the evidence received from managers and employees without any specifications.
Component 4: Indicate qualitative themes, quantitative statistical results, or the mixed methods integrative findings that will likely arise in your study
The component is present because the authors determine the key qualitative themes connected to transformational leadership.
Component 5: Finish the abstract by mentioning the practical implications of the study
The component is not present as the scholars do not clarify how exactly their findings can be used.
Improvements to the article’s introduction
The introduction seems effective as it clearly states the research problem, reviews studies addressing it, indicates their deficiencies, and presents the purpose statement. The only suggestion is to develop the part containing the information regarding “the significance of the study for particular audiences.” It is limited to the statement of the importance of “ever-changing dynamics in healthcare technology, policy, and service” concerning demands without mentioning to whom it might benefit. Thus, it will be advantageous to mention how participants can improve their work.
