How to Become a Successful Online Learner

One of the most important factors in successful distance learning is the correct motivation of the student. Intrinsic motivation, a conscious and joyful desire for knowledge, as a source of endless development, self-realization, and achievement of concomitant success, have a lasting effect. This motivation can be called cognitive and is a key to successful online learning. Online students should have this intrinsic motivation to become smarter, expand their horizons, and rise in their personal development.

To become a successful online learner, students need to understand that learning is needed to expand their knowledge and help to find the vocation (Gregory& Bannister-Tyrrell 5). Online learners should define their goals, prioritize tasks, cultivate interest, and be curious. The key to successful studies is to practice every day, divide the topic into sections, and study one at a time. It is important to make a class schedule and follow it strictly, as well as learn the basics of time management. To be successful, an online learner should also practice self-control and discipline.

Commerce Clause

This Commerce Clause refers to Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3 of the US Constitution, according to which, Congress has the right to regulate interstate trade. That is why the Georgia statute seems to violate constitutional provisions since it keeps trade within the bounds (Cross & Miller 38). It infringes the national law under the interstate trade act since the state law prohibits the use of straight mudguards although this national law is active in thirty-five other states.

Freedom of Speech

In determining the constitutionality of this ordinance, a court may consider whether the campaign signs are to be posted after receiving approval from the neighboring property owners. Therefore, Estrella’s supporters must ask for permission before placing signs on public property. The signs should be placed without interfering with the supporting structures and easily dismantled so as not to create obstacles.
