Dear Mr. Smith!
I am one of the numerous owners of cameras produced by your company, who are attracted by its high quality and easy-focus feature. I took your product on the world trip, hoping to get perfect and priceless shots that would remind me about happy moments I had here many years later. I think you can imagine the emotional value of these pictures as they are a reminder of my unique experience and being in such unique places. That is why I am sure you can also realize the degree of my disappointment when I discovered that 12 of my 15 SD cards were ruined by the malfunction of the camera shutter. It means that most of my priceless memories are destroyed, and I cannot but feel frustrated about it.
I know Codex as a reputable brand that values its clients and wants them to remain happy with its services. For this reason, I ask you to compensate my losses as to a greater degree they are connected to the malfunctioning of the camera made by the company. The only way to do it is to recapture all records of my lost adventure, which would cost about $30,000 for a 27-day trip. I am not asking for new SD cards or a camera, as their value cannot be compared to the unique experience and memories I lost. I believe that as a client-centered brand, you will help to solve the problem, while I will remain your devoted fan and recommend your products to everyone because of the outstanding support and the ability to realize the need of their clients.
