Teaching Assessment Initiatives

The school principal is in charge of the establishment of wholesome connections and interactions between the managing and managed systems of the school. The development of the management system is essential in the primary activities of the school principal (Dash & Vohra, 2018). The school principal is responsible for finding and implementing renewed recruitment strategies and tracking staff progress. Students should feel completely safe and have all opportunities for effective and high-quality education.

The teacher’s evaluation comes to the fore since evaluation is a valid regulator of educational activity. Many scholarly works describe the importance of the fusion of the educational process and the upbringing of the students (Dash & Vohra, 2018). The solution is to organize the active cognitive process for students and teachers in the classroom. Children should be taught precise knowledge and encouraged to explore and analyze the world around them. It requires the teacher to have such top qualities as developed empathy and a broad outlook. Relations between the administrative and educational departments of the school should reach a new, more personal level. Such a strategy does not have a rigid assessment system. However, it is based on a deep personal understanding and perception of the teaching staff.

Wholesome incentives for teachers to fully engage in their class activities can be another strategy. Each professional should have a personal vision of the educational concept and practices to enhance it (Dash & Vohra, 2018). Such aspirations should not only be boosted but also professionally valued. An example would be a teacher’s proposition to modify the curriculum and introduce more digital material utilizing computers. The administrative department should evaluate this proposal according to the various criteria: the degree of project preparation, the teacher involved in the process, the possibility of implementation, and so on.

Both strategies do not include a rigid evaluation system but a focus on a more in-depth personal perception. All initiatives have to be voluntary, but teachers with an enthusiastic attitude and passion for the profession objectively have more motivation and professionalism necessary for the school. It is necessary for the mutual exchange of experience and a closer acquaintance of teachers as professionals and individuals.
