The American Association for Adult and Continuing Education (AAACE) follows the vision that continuous learning is a key priority of adult education. It aims to make a positive impact on society by creating a humane world and assisting learners to acquire pertinent skills and knowledge (Who we are, 2021). The journal provides four options of membership, the cost of which varies for students, individuals, retirees, and affiliate (corporate) organizations. The subject focus of this source is composed of adult growth and lifelong professional development, theory and practice dissemination, and unifying adult learners. Moreover, it aims to advocate for public policy changes to make socially-important improvements. The promotion of standards in adult education is another direction of this journal.
