Introduction
Books play a huge role in human life. It is in them that all the wisdom of previous generations is contained. Literature teaches us to think, reflect, and look for hidden meanings in printed texts. Moreover, the work of art reflects the atmosphere of a certain era. The description of nature and residential buildings, the activities of people, their speech and life values, and their behavior are transmitted in detail. The Most Dangerous Game book is a necessary part of Grade 9 education, as its message allows teenagers to potentially engage in reading in the future.
Main body
The Most Dangerous Game is a short but engaging book that keeps the reader interested from the first page to the last. The book makes a person want to continue exploring further, to immerse oneself in similar, imaginary events that at the same time seem realistic and possible in reality. I didn’t find any disadvantages for myself because the story seemed informative to me. In this regard, I definitely recommend The Most Dangerous Game for reading.
The dynamics of the development of events are conveyed in a fascinating way; the language is expressive, and the author’s style is felt. It is interesting to see an unexpected contradiction in the views that the main character had to face (Connell, 2017). The biggest difference between reading a book and watching a movie is that reading unleashes the reader’s own creativity. Books give enough freedom to unleash the potential of one’s imagination since everyone presents the ongoing hunt in different ways (Connell, 2017). Additionally, fiction is necessary for people in various walks of life, including business and banking, as it provides insight into different points of view.
Conclusion
In conclusion, The Most Dangerous Game book is a necessary part of the educational program. The author of the work created a unique imaginary world that seems realistic and, because of this, is so interesting for a teenager. Reading literature that is interesting for one’s age allows one to create interest in literature among teenagers. Additionally, the vocabulary and the use of semantic and enticing turns make the book instructive and develop the reader’s skills.
