Handling a Reluctant Team Member
This aspect encourages motivation which seemed like an insurmountable task. It is necessary to set the strict expectation from each team member. If there is any area where he or she is failing it is necessary to drive them to the right one. Set specific deadlines for improvement and encourage team members to embrace personal assessment. Make reluctant team members feel appreciated and give them challenging tasks as well as encouraging creativity. The other idea is giving each one an opportunity to grow without any biases.
Encouraging Teachers to Work Cooperatively in PLC
As an administrator, it is necessary to promote cooperation as a means of encouraging positive results. This can be done by providing regular reassurance of teacher-worthy and giving them a gift at a time. Furthermore, ensuring communication is clear and prompt as well as acknowledging teacher’s efforts in the working environment. Developing a sense of community and identification of group norms will lead to successful results.
